God wants you to know
Verse 06
God wants you to know that He is the One who shapes you in your mother's womb according to His desires. From the beginning of life, He meticulously forms every aspect of you. It's His divine will and wisdom that determine how you will grow and develop.
There is no one else who can do this. Only He possesses the power and ability to create life so perfectly. No one else is worthy of our worship because no one else can do what He does. He alone has the strength and wisdom to create and sustain life.
In this process of creation, God's wisdom is evident. Every detail of our existence, every feature and function, is a testament to His immense power and boundless wisdom. He knows what is best for us, even before we are born.
He is the Almighty, the All-Wise. He alone deserves our worship and gratitude for the miracle of life. Trust in His wisdom and power, for He has fashioned you with a purpose and in the best way possible.
Verse 07
Huwal lazeee anzala ‘alaikal Kitaaba minhu Aayaatum Muh kamaatun hunna Ummul Kitaabi wa ukharu Mutashaabihaatun fa’ammal lazeena fee quloobihim zaiyghun fa yattabi’oona ma tashaabaha minhubtighaaa ‘alfitnati wabtighaaa’a taaweelih; wa maa ya’lamu taaweelahooo illal laah; warraasikhoona fil ‘ilmi yaqooloona aamannaa bihee kullum min ‘indi Rabbinaa; wa maa yazzakkaru illaaa ulul albaab
He it is Who has revealed to you this perfect Book, some of its verses are definite and decisive. They are the basic root (conveying the established meanings) of the Book (- Ummal Kitâb) and other (verses) are susceptible to various interpretations. As for those in whose hearts is perversity follow (verses) that are susceptible to different interpretations, seeking (to cause) dissension and seeking an interpretation (of their own choice). But no one knows its true interpretation except Allâh, and those who are firmly grounded in knowledge. They say, 'We believe in it, it is all (- the basic and decisive verses as well as the allegorical ones) from our Lord.' And none take heed except those endowed with pure and clear understanding.
He is the One who has revealed this perfect Book to you. Some of its verses are clear and definite, serving as the core foundation of the Book, known as Ummal Kitâb. Other verses are open to various interpretations and require deeper understanding.
There are those whose hearts have wrong intentions. They focus on these ambiguous verses to create confusion and discord, attempting to twist the meanings to suit their own agendas and cause division among people. But the true meaning of these verses is known only to Allah.
Those who are firmly grounded in knowledge and possess pure hearts understand this. They believe in the entire Book, accepting both the clear and the complex verses as being from their Lord. They trust in Allah’s wisdom and acknowledge that some knowledge is beyond human understanding.
God wants you to know that understanding the true message of the Book requires pure and clear thinking. Only those with sincere and clean hearts will truly heed and understand its guidance. Trust in Allah, seek knowledge with a pure heart, and believe in the entirety of His message.
Verse 08
Rabbanaa laa tuzigh quloobanaa ba’da iz hadaitanaa wa hab lanaa mil ladunka rahmah; innaka antal Wahhaab
'Our Lord!', (they pray,) 'Let not our hearts become perverse after You have guided us, and grant us from Your Own Self special mercy, for You alone are the Most Liberal Bestower.
God wants you to know that the faithful pray to their Lord with sincere hearts. They ask, "Our Lord, please do not let our hearts go astray after You have guided us. Grant us Your mercy from Your own self, for You alone are the Most Liberal Bestower."
They understand that remaining on the path of righteousness requires divine support. So, they pray for special mercy from God, knowing that His mercy is essential for their spiritual journey. They recognize that without His grace, they might fall into error or lose their way.
Believers acknowledge that God is the Most Liberal Bestower. He is generous and kind, always ready to extend His mercy to those who earnestly seek it. They trust in His infinite generosity and rely on Him to keep their hearts firm in faith.
God wants you to know that sincere prayer and trust in His mercy are key to staying guided. Ask for His help with a pure heart and believe in His boundless kindness. He is always there to support and guide you, so never hesitate to seek His mercy and blessings.
Verse 09
Rabbanaaa innaka jaami ‘un-naasil Yawmil laa raibafeeh; innal laaha laa yukhliful mee’aad (section 1)
'Our Lord! You are invariably going to assemble all humankind on the Day about (the advent of) which there is no doubt. Surely, Allah never breaks His word.'
God wants you to know that the faithful pray with certainty and trust in their hearts. They say, "Our Lord, we believe that You will gather all humankind on the Day of Judgment, a day about which there is no doubt. We trust that this day will surely come."
Believers are confident that this day will happen as God has promised. They understand that every person will be assembled and judged based on their deeds. This firm belief in the Day of Judgment guides them to live a life of righteousness and responsibility.
They also recognize that Allah never breaks His word. His promises are always true and certain. This belief gives them strength and reassurance, knowing that God's words are reliable and will be fulfilled without fail. They rely on this promise as a foundation for their faith and actions.
God wants you to know that having faith in the Day of Judgment and trusting in God's promises is essential. Live your life with the awareness that one day, everyone will be accountable for their actions. Believe in God's unwavering truth and let this belief guide you towards a righteous and meaningful life.
Verse 10
Innal lazeena kafaroo lan tughniya ‘anhum amwaaluhum wa laaa awlaaduhum minal laahi shai’anw wa ulaaa’ika hum waqoodun Naar
As to those who disbelieve, neither their possessions, nor their children shall avail them at all against (the punishment of) Allâh; and it is they that will be the fuel of the Fire.
God wants you to know that for those who do not believe, neither their wealth nor their children will help them against the punishment from Allah. Regardless of how much money or how many children they have, these things will not protect them from the consequences of their disbelief.
The possessions and family they rely on in this world will be of no use on the Day of Judgment. The comfort and security they might feel from their wealth and loved ones will not save them from the fire. Their disbelief will lead them to a harsh reality that their material possessions cannot change.
Those who turn away from faith and reject God's guidance are warned of a severe outcome. They will become the fuel of the Fire, suffering the consequences of their choices. This warning is meant to make people understand the gravity of disbelief and the importance of faith.
God wants you to know that true security and protection come from believing in Him and following His guidance. Material wealth and family are blessings, but they cannot save a person from the consequences of rejecting faith. Trust in Allah and live a life of belief and righteousness, for this is the path to true safety and peace.
