God wants you to know

In this verse from Surah Al Imran (3:46) of the Qur’an, it is mentioned that Prophet Jesus (Isa), peace be upon him, was blessed with the ability to speak clearly both as a child and in old age. The verse highlights a miraculous sign given by God, as Prophet Jesus spoke while still in the cradle, which is a unique event demonstrating God’s power. This miracle was one of the signs to confirm his prophethood and establish his role among the righteous.

God wants you to know that Prophet Jesus, though born without a father, was not an ordinary child. From his early days, he had wisdom and insight. Speaking as an infant shows that he was destined for a great mission, to guide people towards the truth and righteousness. His early speech served as proof of his divine purpose.

Later in life, when he grew old, Prophet Jesus continued to uphold his message of righteousness. Even in his mature years, he maintained the same clarity and dedication to spreading the word of God. His life is an example of steadfastness in faith and a reminder that God's guidance is with those who are righteous at every stage of life.

The verse also emphasizes that righteousness is not confined to a specific time in one’s life. Whether young or old, those who are chosen by God, like Prophet Jesus, carry the responsibility to uphold the truth and live in a manner that pleases God.

Verse no 47

Qaalat Rabbi annaa yakoonu lee waladunw wa lam yamsasnee basharun qaala kazaalikil laahu yakhluqu maa yashaaa; izaa qadaaa amran fa innamaa yaqoolu lahoo kun fayakoon

She said, 'My Lord! How can I and whence shall I have a child while no man has yet touched me (in conjugal relationship)?' (The Lord) said, 'Such are the ways of Allah, He creates what He will. When He decrees a thing He simply commands it, "Be" and it comes to be.'

In Surah Al Imran, verse 47, we find a conversation between Mary and God. Mary was puzzled and asked, "My Lord! How can I have a child when no man has ever touched me?" She was amazed and confused because she was a virgin and could not understand how it was possible to bear a child without a husband or any physical relationship.

In response, God wants you to know that He has the power to create anything, no matter how impossible it may seem to human minds. He is not bound by the laws of nature that govern our world. When He decides to do something, it happens simply because He commands it. In this case, God willed Mary to give birth to a child, and it happened.

This verse shows the greatness of God’s power and His will. Just as He created Adam from nothing, He can create life in any way He wishes. The miracle of Mary giving birth to Jesus without a father is a clear sign of God’s ability to make the impossible possible.

For believers, this verse is a reminder that God is the Creator of all things and has complete control over the universe. His will is supreme, and when He says "Be," it becomes. We should trust in His plan, knowing that whatever He wills, He can make it happen.

Verse no 48

Wa yu'allimuhul Kitaaba wal Hikmata wat Tawraata wal Injeel

(The angels continued), 'And He will teach him the art of writing (and reading) and the Wisdom and the Torah and the Evangel.

God wants you to know that He will guide you to knowledge and wisdom. In verse 48 of Surah Al Imran, the angels revealed that God would bestow Prophet Jesus (Isa) with profound teachings. He would be taught the art of reading and writing, a gift of communication and understanding, essential for spreading the message of truth.

Not only would he master these skills, but God would also bless him with wisdom—deep insight into life and spiritual matters. This wisdom would enable him to navigate the challenges of life and guide others on the right path. Through wisdom, he would understand and teach the principles that lead to a meaningful and righteous life.

Additionally, God wants you to know that Prophet Jesus would be given knowledge of the Torah and the Evangel. The Torah, which was revealed to Prophet Moses, contains laws and guidance for the people, while the Evangel, revealed to Jesus, carries the message of love, mercy, and salvation. These sacred scriptures are central to the teachings of God’s prophets and were part of the divine plan to guide humanity.

Through this verse, God reminds us that learning, wisdom, and understanding His messages are key to leading a life that aligns with His will. He grants special knowledge to His prophets to guide others toward righteousness, and through these teachings, we are shown the path to a blessed life.

Verse no 49

Wa Rasoolan ilaa Baneee Israaa eela annee qad jitukum bi Aayatim mir Rabbikum annee akhluqu lakum minatteeni kahai atittairi fa anfukhu feehi fayakoonu tairam bi iznil laahi wa ubriul akmaha wal abrasa wa uhyil mawtaa bi iznil laahi wa unabbi ukum bimaa taakuloona wa maa taddakhiroona fee buyootikum; inna fee zaalika la Aayatal lakum in kuntum mu mineen

'And (He will appoint him) a Messenger to the Children of Israel (with the Message), "I have come to you with a sign from your Lord. (1 have come so that) I determine for your benefit from clay (a person) after the manner of a bird, then I shall breathe into him (a new spirit) so that he becomes a flier (- a spiritual person) by the authority of Allah, and I absolve the blind and the leprous, and I quicken the (spiritually) dead by the authority of Allah, and I inform you as to what you should eat and what you should store in your houses. Behold! These facts will surely serve you as a definite sign if you are believers.

God wants you to know that He sent a special messenger to the Children of Israel with clear signs of His power and mercy. This messenger was none other than Prophet Jesus (Isa), who brought a message of hope and guidance. By the will of Allah, he performed miracles as proof of his divine mission, so that people could believe and understand the greatness of their Creator.

One of the signs was that Jesus could create a figure of a bird from clay, breathe into it by Allah's command, and bring it to life. This miracle symbolized the spiritual awakening and renewal that Jesus came to offer humanity. By Allah’s authority, Jesus healed those who were blind and cured people suffering from leprosy, showing Allah’s mercy through physical healing and spiritual guidance.

Jesus also revived those who were spiritually dead, bringing them back to the path of righteousness through his teachings. He could even tell people what they ate and what they stored in their homes, showing his deep knowledge granted by Allah. These acts were not just miracles but signs from God to help people believe in His message and find faith in their hearts.

God wants you to know that these miracles are powerful reminders of His presence and His care for humanity. If you are a believer, these signs will strengthen your faith and guide you to live a righteous life, as intended by Allah’s wisdom.

Verse no 50

Wa musaddiqal limaa baina yadaiya minat Tawraati wa liuhilla lakum ba dal lazee hurrima alaikum; wa jitukum bi Aayatim mir Rabbikum fattaqul laaha wa atee oon

"And (I come) confirming that which is before me, namely the Torah, and that I declare lawful for you some of the things that had been forbidden to you. I come to you with a sign from your Lord, so take Allâh as a shield and obey me.

In Surah Al-Imran, verse 50, Prophet Jesus (Isa, peace be upon him) is speaking to his people. He says that he has come to confirm the teachings of the Torah, which were revealed before him. This shows that his message is not something entirely new, but rather a continuation of the divine guidance sent down by Allah in the past. It highlights the importance of following what was revealed earlier, as it comes from the same source – Allah.

In this verse, Prophet Jesus also mentions that certain things which were previously forbidden to the people have now been made lawful. This shows a change in some laws to make things easier for the people, as part of God's mercy. God wants you to know that His commands can change according to the time and needs of people, but His guidance always remains for the benefit of mankind.

He further tells them that he has come with a clear sign from Allah, which refers to the miracles he performed by Allah's permission. These signs were meant to strengthen the people's faith and show that he was truly sent by God.

In the end, Prophet Jesus advises the people to fear Allah and obey him. This is a reminder that following the prophets and living according to God's commands is the path to success in this life and the hereafter. It teaches us to live a righteous life by keeping Allah in our hearts and following the guidance given to us.
